​A residential airpark development at the northern tip of Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. Gateway to the Fraser Coast. Taxiways and roadways are managed through the Cumulus Airpark Body Corporate. The BC Community Management Statement sets out architectural and design codes to ensure a high degree of visual amenity.

All housing plans and construction works must be approved by the Gympie Regional Council.

The Airpark is situated at the end of runway 14/32 at the intersection of 03/21.

Lots in Stage Two have been sold off the plan. Stage Three is currently under development.
